Welcome to the second  15-20 minute advanced level warm up class, guided by the wonderful Jenna Roberts. This 15-minute session continues to build strength and focus, requiring only a fusion ball for convenience. The exercises in this class include:


Hamstring and glute warm-up

Clams and twists

Leg switches


This session focuses on activating key muscle groups, including the core, deep rotators, psoas, and glutes. Encourage your students to connect deeply with these areas, noticing how each movement engages and strengthens the body. Use imagery to guide their awareness—such as visualising the muscles wrapping around the hips for stability or feeling the length of the spine as they move.
