In this advanced class, you’ll guide students through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve alignment, and enhance posture. Starting with a warm-up to activate key muscle groups, students will progress through sequences that challenge their stability, control, and precision. Emphasize core conditioning and focus on engaging the deep abdominal muscles to improve overall core strength and fluidity. The class concludes with a cool down, allowing students to stretch and release the muscles worked. Encourage attention to form and alignment throughout, helping students push their limits while developing a deeper connection to their core.
