Welcome to a special band class focusing on the incredible value of proprioception—the body’s awareness of its position and movement.

The video runtime for this class is 23 minutes but we recommend allocating 30 minutes for this class to allow time to repeat any exercises needed.


We kick things off with an exercise called "Core with Lower Limbs," which aims to fully engage the student's core, calf, and intrinsic foot muscles. While maintaining this precise activation, students move into "Leg & Body Extension," all the while keeping an eye on the weight placement and alignment. As we move forward, we'll dive into "Feet and Leg Combination," where the adductor muscles will also join the action. We'll wrap up the class with two delightful stretch exercises that target the hamstrings and back, leaving students to feel balanced and refreshed.
