Welcome to the first Senior class in our 30-minute Fusion Ball series with the amazing Melissa McCabe! This session focuses on aligning the body and connecting physically and mentally through mindful movement.


The exercises are designed to activate the core, hip flexors, glutes, and turn out muscles, enhancing stability, strength, and body awareness. Melissa will guide you through dynamic movements that challenge the body and deepen your connection with each exercise.
