This third resistance band class with Jenna Roberts focuses on flexibility, making it ideal for students to do after a PBT class or any other full dance warm-up. In this class, students will work through:


- Spinal & Abdominal Warm-Up

- Épaulement Extension

- Arabesque and Bands

- Dynamic Derrière

- Dynamic Stretching Level 1

- Safe Stretching Level 1


Tips:

- Encourage students to feel the sensation of lengthening without pushing their range, allowing them to self-regulate each movement. 

- Guide them to use the band as a support for core awareness and stability.

- For dynamic stretching, remind them to explore fluidity while maintaining alignment and control. 

- Emphasise proper foot support and connection with the floor throughout each exercise.

- Reinforce that flexibility gains should feel gradual and safe, prioritising alignment over depth in each movement.
