The video runtime for this class is 22min however we recommend allocating between 30-35 minutes to allow time to repeat any exercises that are needed.
In this band class, students will explore proprioception using the resistance band. In the exercise 'Foundation Battement Tendu', the students sense both sides of their body working in harmony. The exercise 'Precious Footpring' is also in this class, creating enjoyment whilst they explore full articulation of the metatarsals.
Foot articulation and activation of both sides of the body are combined in the exercise "Tendu and Transfer of Weight." This short but productive class concludes with a lovely warm-down and stretch exercise called "Elongate and Stretch."
