The video runtime for this class is 18min however we recommend allocating 30 minutes to allow time to repeat any exercises that are needed. It is encouraged for students to practice the first band class at least 3 times through before moving onto this class.
Class 2 expands on the previous class with the inclusion of the exercise "pas de bourrée" with the aid of the bands. The students understand the feeling of equal turnout and transfer of weight. The students, following this, move into the centre and learn a special wrapping technique for the next three exercises, which includes "Refining the glissade," extending the exercise from Class 1, "Tendu with transfer of weight." Once again, the young body is stretched and elongated to conclude with the extra stretching with "Band stretch."
