 Sub-Junior Band Class 6, guided by Coni Belgareto, develops strength, coordination, and proprioception through structured band exercises. The class begins with activation of turnout and adductor muscles, moves into oblique and upper body control, and progresses to refining alignment and muscular awareness. Jump & Hold serves as a key exercise to consolidate coordination, dynamic balance, and precision in landing mechanics.


Teaching Tips


Cue initiation from the hip joint rather than the feet to ensure safe turnout and alignment.

Encourage steady, even activation on both sides during sequential movements.

Observe the connection between trunk stability and leg control, especially during dynamic transitions.
