This is a tough exercise that will work the whole body of the students, targeting the abdominals and upper body.


Starting Position: The student will place the elbows and knees on the floor and the fusion bal will go on the floor towards the lower shin area.


Steps:

  1. The student will stretch the legs in to a plank position then curl them back in.
  2. Repeat this 4 times.
  3. Have the student then lift the hips in to a pike and then lengthen back out in to their plank.
  4. Repeat this 2 times.
  5. Have them finish in the starting position.
