The students will be getting a full body workout in this lovely exercise which will build strength in the hamstrings, abdominals and upper body.


Starting Position: The student will begin by lying on to their front with the lags stretched behind in a parallel position, the hands are on the fusion ball on the floor in front with the elbows bent and on the floor.


Steps:

  1. The student will lift the upper body and legs off the floor.
  2. Kicking the legs, then lower everything back down.
  3. Repeat this 4 times.
  4. Have the student finish in a child's pose.
