Mini Loop Band

Mini Loop Band

The students will be targeting their adductors and abdominals in this exercise. It is important we strengthen our core to help support our spine, and to work our adductors which will help improve their beats.


Starting Position: The students will place the mini loop band around both legs and above the knees. Place both feet on to the floor and place the hands slightly back behind.


Steps:

  1. The students will take both legs to table top.
  2. They will then extend one leg out to the side and then close it back.
  3. They will then repeat this on the other leg.
  4. Have the students extend both legs out, twice through.
  5. They will then repeat the exercise from the beginning.
  6. To finish they will lower both feet down and extend the legs all the way a long the floor lowering the body down.
