This is a really lovely exercise for the students to do to release any tension in the neck and upper body.


Starting Position: The student will begin by placing the pro-ball up against the wall and sitting in front of it. The students feet are on the floor in a parallel hip width position.


Steps:

  1. Have the student take a breath and do 3 full head circles.
  2. The student will then slide the right hand along the floor reaching with the upper body.
  3. The student will repeat the whole sequence on the other side.
  4. Have the student finish in the starting position.
