Fusion Ball

Fusion Ball

The students will be building strength in the lower legs in this exercise, they will also be working on finding their balance.


Starting Position: The student will place the fusion ball in between the legs above the knee. Standing parallel the arms are down by their sides.


Steps:

  1. The student will perform 3 rises.
  2. They will then transfer on to one leg and fondu 3 times.
  3. The student will return to two feet.
  4. They will then repeat this on the other side.
  5. The student will repeat the whole exercise from the beginning but will jump instead of rise.
