This exercise will be targeting the whole body of the student, they will be lengthening the hamstrings and calfs while also working the upper body and abdominals.
Starting Position: The student will place the fusion ball under the heels and begin in a downward dog position.
Steps:
The student will peddle the feet for 8 counts.
They will then bend the knees and walk out in to a plank position.
The student will walk the hands back in, bending the knees.
They will then return to a downward dog position.
Have the student repeat this 4 times
