Exercise Ball / Fit Ball

In this exercise the student will be working and building the strength in the lower legs while also targeting the core. The student will also be improving their stamina in this exercise which is so important for endurance.


Starting Position: Have the student sit on the pro-ball in a parallel position with the arms in a small 2nd position.


Steps:

  1. The student will perform 12 kicks forward, alternating legs.
  2. The student will then place both hands on to the pro-ball and stand up with the pro-ball between the legs.
  3. Have the student jump twice.
  4. Repeat this 4 times through.
  5. The student will finish in the same position they started.
