This recovery class, guided by Emily, offers a gentle yet focused sequence to support postural balance, joint mobility, and coordinated spinal movement.


It begins with Fusion Ball Articulation, which builds dynamic control through flexion and extension transitions while stimulating circulation. The class continues with Deep Rotators, which focus on hip mobility, encouraging proprioceptive clarity in turnout initiation without excess effort.


Finally Arabesque Recovery, restores fluidity and freedom through the hips, torso, and side body using circular upper-body patterns


The entire session supports recalibration of movement patterns while allowing space for breath and recovery.
