Before moving to the second class, it as advised that students do the first class at least twice through. The video for this class has a runtime of 35 minutes, but we suggest allocating 45-50 minutes to complete the class. This gives you or students ample time to become familiar with the new exercises introduced and comfortably repeat any segments as necessary. Since this class revisits some exercises from the first session, you may find less time is needed for repetition.


This class includes additional focus on the abdominal muscle groups during the exercise "Connection to the fusion ball." This activation is maintained as the students explore the "Balance with weight placement" exercise. The activation of the deep rotators is extended in this class as the students adjust into "Turnout level 2" while they are reminded of the alignment and stability of their pelvis. The students are prepared and ready to explore the core and pelvis alignment required in adage movements "Breaking down Développé devant," where the focus is on alignment rather than the height of the leg. The students' body and mind are ready to use the core, turnout, and foot muscles in the exercise "Frog legs extension," which emulates the movement of allegro. Once again, the body is released and stretched to conclude this class.
