Welcome to Fusion Warm Up 6 – Junior Level, led by Jenna Roberts. In this session, students will focus on building comprehensive strength and stability—from the lower body to the upper back—supporting functional alignment and refined control in dance.
Bounce & Balance helps strengthen the vastus medialis and adductors while engaging the calves, hamstrings, and glutes. It improves alignment and balance and introduces weight transfer in a safe, supported way.
In Curl Twist Core, students engage the full core—especially the obliques—while stretching through the hamstrings. The movement also encourages chest and upper-back mobility, with focus on maintaining a soft ribcage during expansion.
Upper Body – Extension strengthens the upper back and supports full-body lengthening, particularly relevant for developing control in arabesque lines.
