Strengthening the core through dynamic and controlled exercises such as "Bicycle with Toe Taps."

Enhancing alignment and mobility with hip flexor and pike-focused exercises.

Refining the fluidity and balance of renversé movements.

Concluding with stretches to lengthen muscles and restore flexibility.


Tips:
