Welcome to Class 2 of the sub-junior 15-minute series, designed to work with the Fusion Ball. This session focuses on core strength, hip stability, and shoulder control, helping students improve coordination and posture.
Begin with Retiré Activation to enhance balance and alignment, then move into Around the World for core engagement and smooth coordination. In Foundation Wing Control, students will focus on scapular stability and upper body mobility. Finally, Curl & Roll strengthens the core through controlled spinal movement.
This class is ideal for continuing to develop body stability, coordination, and overall strength.
