The video for this class is 37 minutes long, but it's a good idea to set aside 45-50 minutes. This gives you extra time to repeat any exercises if needed.
This detailed class engages the whole body, starting with the active warm-up "Leg & Body Warm-Up". Here, you'll move your entire spine to get ready for what's next. Core strength is always a priority in PBT, and the "Abdominal Activation" exercise keeps it engaged. Next up, you'll focus on shoulder stability before enjoying the fluid movements of the arms, head, and body in "Circular Port de Bras". With your body fully warmed up, you're prepared to tackle the alignment challenge in "Grand Adage". The upper body then extends beautifully in the "Engagement & Mobility" exercise, which also keeps you moving.
After that, we have the "Inverted Pike" to strengthen your entire core. The "Elongated Arabesque" exercise, using 2 fusion balls, helps your upper thoracic slide down the spine. Let's not forget the deep glutes activation with "Deep Glutes & Scissor Twist", which also protects the lower spine. Toward the end, it's time for some allegro with "Rotation in Elevation", targeting the adductors, calves, and intrinsic foot muscles. Finally, wrap up the session with a soothing "Release & Stretch".
