Remember to ensure your students have gone through Class 4 at least twice before moving on to Class 5. The instructional video for this class runs for 36 minutes, but it's a good idea to set aside up to 50 minutes so you can revisit any exercises if needed. 


As the students step into Class 5, they will begin with an essential exercise called "Dynamic Iliopsoas Conditioning." The iliopsoas muscle is crucial as it is the main flexor of the hip joint, helping with forward, sideways, and backward movements, all of which are vital in their training. 


This class includes "Weight Placement Check" and "Alignment and Stability" exercises, both at the barre and in the centre. These exercises are meticulously designed to teach students about their centre of gravity and body awareness for improved balance. They'll also encounter "Artistic Port de Bras," which focuses on fully activating the back muscles to create beautiful port de bras shapes. During the adage section, students will practice "Advanced Derrière Training." The session wraps up with a soothing stretch and warm down.
