Welcome to Fusion Warm Up 4 – Junior Level, guided by Jenna Roberts. This short class activates the body with a focus on the deep core, glutes, adductors, and back, creating a strong foundation for strength, coordination, and safe movement.
The class opens with Flow Warm-up, a dynamic sequence that engages the entire core and warms up the adductors while promoting control and fluidity. This prepares the body for smooth transitions and proper alignment.
Next, Pass the Ball challenges the core muscles, targeting the transverse abdominis, rectus abdominis, and psoas. Moving with the music helps build rhythm and coordination while strengthening the waist and the muscles that support the spine.
Finally, Twinkle Toes activates the glutes, hamstrings, and back muscles, supporting the stability needed for arabesques, even pirouettes. This exercise also strengthens the centre of the body to protect the spine during dynamic leg movements.
