Welcome to Fusion Warm Up 5 – Junior Level, led by Jenna Roberts. This class supports the development of upper body and core strength to improve students' posture, alignment, and turnout control.
It begins with Warm-up with Balance, which activates the obliques while encouraging proper head and spinal alignment. This helps students build core stability and placement essential for dance movement.
Next is Triceps Foundation, which challenges the triceps, engages the core, encourages lengthening through the spine, and improves awareness of turnout—making it a powerful addition to any warm-up.
The session concludes with Frog Legs – Extension, where students practise maintaining turnout throughout leg extensions and jumping. This integrates leg power with core support to develop controlled, aligned movement.
