The video for class 6 runs for 31 minutes but it's important to allocate 40-50 minutes to ensure there is enough time to repeat exercises where necessary. Please ensure students repeat the class 5 at least twice before moving onto this class.


Class 6 kicks off with a gentle and effective warm-up exercise, "Controlled Roll Down and Balance." This exercise focuses on conditioning the spine and deep core, setting a solid foundation for the day's activities. Next, students dive into "Pass the Ball Extension," a fun and engaging activity that works all four layers of abdominal muscles while promoting coordination with the fusion ball. 


As their bodies warm up, the class moves on to "Alternate Leg Rotators," which helps deepen their awareness of the six deep rotators and improves pelvic alignment. Following this, they tackle "Deep Core Activation," a beautifully crafted exercise aimed at activating the deep muscle layers that protect their bones. 


In Class 6, there's also an introduction to upper body training with the fit ball and wall in an exercise called "Upper Body Engagement." This challenges students to explore new ways of engaging their upper bodies effectively. As the session progresses, students get into the "Batterie Combination," a valuable exercise designed to teach the correct muscle engagement for enhancing batterie movements in class. 

Finally, as always, the class wraps up with some well-deserved warm-downs and stretches to ensure everyone's bodies are relaxed and ready for the rest of their day.
