Welcome to the sub-junior 15-minute classes, designed exclusively to work with the Fusion Ball. These sessions are ideal for warming up quickly, focusing on alignment, posture, and core activation, preparing students for more intense workouts or daily activities.
In Class 1, begin with the Basic Warm Up, guiding students to gently activate their major muscle groups. Ensure they focus on control and body awareness. During Beginner Curls, encourage students to fully engage their abdominal muscles for effective core strengthening.
In the Posture and Balance exercise, help students refine their alignment and stability, maintaining a neutral spine and balanced posture. Conclude with Butterflies, which focuses on posture improvement, external rotation activation, and mobility. Encourage precision in their movements to improve upper body control and flexibility.
This short but dynamic class provides a complete warm-up while enhancing posture, core strength, and mobility.
