Before beginning this class, please ensure you or your students have completed Class 2 at least twice. The video for this class runs for 28 minutes, but we recommend allocating 35-40 minutes to fully engage with all exercises, allowing you time to repeat any as needed.
Class 3 deepens the understanding of Port de bras, focusing on the elegant coordination of the head, arms, and eye line to achieve graceful movement. This session introduces the engaging "Around the World" exercise, which not only makes the class enjoyable but also effectively activates the entire core. Attention is also given to the upper thoracic muscle groups through the "Twinkle Toe" exercise, enhancing upper body mobility and strength. The class concludes with a soothing release and warm-down, ensuring participants leave feeling refreshed and nurtured.
