Like previous classes, it is important for students to be secure in Class 5 before attempting this class. The runtime of the video is 32 minutes, but we recommend allocating 40-45 minutes to allow you to stop and repeat exercises as needed. 


Class 6 begins with the familiar 'Flow Warm-Up' exercise, preparing the body and mind for the session ahead. You'll then move into 'Coordination and Obliques', vital for developing core and oblique muscle strength, and 'Développé à la seconde', which enhances pelvis alignment awareness during leg extensions.


Next, 'Ripple Through The Spine' helps stabilise your shoulders and relax your rib cage, promoting fluidity in upper body movements. 'Elongated Spine Training' follows, focusing on graceful arabesque movements without straining the lower spine. You'll engage in 'Small Ball Extension' to improve strength in key muscles for ballet jumps, building power, stability, and control. The class concludes with 'Roll Over with Fusion Ball', which enhances strength and flexibility, providing a perfect end to the session.
