Before beginning this class, it is advised that students complete Class 3 at least twice. The video for this class has a runtime of 36 minutes, but we suggest allocating 40-45 minutes to complete the class.
Class 4 begins with the "Warm-up and Balance" exercise, preparing the body for a session focused on core stability and alignment. "Pass the Ball" follows, activating the core muscles to stabilise the legs and torso.
PBT focuses on all core muscles as imbalances can often lead to injuries. The students are ready to move into the next level of training the leg and pelvis alignment in adage with the exercise "Refining the développé." The journey of activation continues, exploring the deep rotators as the legs scissor twist in the derrière movements with the aid of the fusion ball.
The class continues with "Grand Battement & Allegro Practice," enhancing pelvic alignment during key ballet movements. As usual, the class concluded with a lovely exercise for both the release and stretch of the body.
