Before moving into Class 2, it's vital that your students have a solid grasp of Class 1 concepts, so it’s a good idea to go through Class 1 at least twice. Even though the video for this class is just 30 minutes, plan for 40 to 50 minutes to repeat any exercises your students might find challenging. 


In this class, students will dive deeper into external rotation with the "Adductor Conditioning" exercise. This will help them appreciate the role of the tensor fascia latae (TFL), which not only assists in stabilising the hip but also the knee, especially during the "TFL and Glute Conditioning" exercise. 


As you move through the class, students will transition into a series of graceful movements starting with "Attitude Devant." In this exercise, students sit in front of a fit ball pressed against the wall, offering pelvic stability as they work on their attitude devant alignment. This segment wraps up with a satisfying hamstring stretch. The adage segment continues with the "Refining à la Seconde" exercise, where the focus is on hip alignment by engaging deep abdominal and glute muscles. Finally, help students relax and unwind with the "Cool Down" sequence.
